What OmegleGirls.tv is
OmegleGirls.tv is an independent website for one-on-one video chat. It is not Omegle, which closed in November 2023, and it is not run by or connected to anyone behind Omegle. The site offers one-to-one calls that either person can leave at any time. The girls list, profiles, private messages and your settings exist to support those calls.
Features change. They can be added, reshaped, limited, paused or removed for legal, technical, safety or business reasons. The same terms cover every device and every page, the landing pages and the wallet included.
The girls list
The browse list on OmegleGirls.tv is set to show women only. That is a filter on the list, not a promise about any particular evening: we cannot guarantee who will be available when you look, whether the person you call will answer, how long a call will last, or that a conversation will go well. Random matching, when you choose it, pairs you with someone available at that moment.
Everyone on the list is a user of the platform like you, bound by these terms and the guidelines. Treat them that way.
Your age and your account
You must be 18 or older, or the legal adult age where you live if that is higher, and video chatting with strangers must be legal where you are. By using OmegleGirls.tv you confirm both.
You can start as a guest. Information you give us later, when you register, verify or pay, must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for your login and for what happens on your account. In particular you may not:
- create an account with false, misleading or someone else's details;
- sell, rent, lend or share your account without our permission;
- get around our security measures, limits or access controls.
If you think someone else is using your account, tell us straight away.
What you must not do
On calls, in messages and on your profile, do not:
- do anything illegal, violate someone else's rights, or cheat people;
- put explicit material on camera or in chat (see the guidelines for the details);
- sexualise or exploit a minor, exploit any person, incite violence or promote hatred: each one costs you the account;
- bully, follow, intimidate, extort or con people, share malicious links, or encourage anyone to hurt themselves;
- pressure anyone for explicit content, personal contact details or their home address;
- screenshot or otherwise capture someone else's video without their consent;
- pretend to be someone else, including claiming to be Omegle or to act for any other brand;
- use bots or scrapers, reverse-engineer the software, or attack the service technically;
- spam, run scams, or ask for or offer payment outside the platform.
Coins, VIP and refunds
Starting is free. Video calls are paid with coins, and the rate is shown on screen before coins are used. The wallet is where coin packs, the VIP pass and any other digital extras are bought; it shows what each costs and includes before you commit.
The actual charge is run by a payment company under its own rules. Coins are not money: you cannot cash them out, except where a law says you can. Once a digital item has been delivered or spent it is usually final; refunds are given where the law or the conditions of a specific item provide for one. Where a purchase looks fraudulent, is charged back, uses someone else's card or was not authorised, we may cancel the order, limit further purchases or suspend the account while we check.
Who owns what
The software, design, text and branding of OmegleGirls.tv belong to us or are used under licence. Do not copy, republish, scrape or reverse-engineer them. What you create lawfully stays yours; by uploading it you allow us to store, display, review and process it as needed to run the service. Only upload material you have the right to share. When we step in
When an account seems to be breaking the rules on this page, in the guidelines, around payments or safety, or under the law, we can look into it and respond. That can mean a warning; removing or hiding content; limiting matching, messaging or purchases; pausing or ending the account; undoing a transaction or withdrawing a perk if allowed; and holding on to anything a legitimate legal request might require.
When an account ends, the personal data in it is erased or de-identified in due course. Some records may be kept longer for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute reasons. On personal data the Privacy Policy takes priority, and nothing in these terms overrides your statutory privacy or consumer rights.
Limits
We work to keep OmegleGirls.tv available, safe and useful, but to the extent the law allows we provide it as it is, with no guarantee of constant uptime, flawless operation or any specific outcome. To the same extent, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, by other users' words or actions, by someone getting in through a password you left exposed, or by events outside our reasonable control. Where the law does not allow these limits, they do not apply.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms from time to time. Significant changes update the review date at the top and are announced on the site or another reasonable way. Continuing to use OmegleGirls.tv afterwards means you accept the new version.
