Quick fixes
Black screen or no sound
The browser is almost always blocking the camera or microphone. Open the site settings from the icon next to the address, set both to Allow, and reload. One accidental “Block” tap is enough to cause this.
The girls list will not load
Refresh first. Still empty? A different browser, or hopping from Wi-Fi to mobile data, usually sorts it.
Paid, but no coins yet
Some payments are confirmed a few minutes late. Check the result screen, wait a little, and write to us if the coins still have not arrived.
Write to us
[email protected] handles:
- account and sign-in problems
- coins, VIP, payments and refunds
- more detail about someone you already reported
- privacy and data requests
- copyright notices (put "Copyright" at the start of the subject)
A useful email includes
- your account or display name;
- where on the site it happened, and about when;
- the step that went wrong;
- a picture of any error message on screen.
Never send a password, a login code or a full card number. We do not need them, and real support will never ask.
Reporting a person
The quickest way is Report, on the profile of the person concerned. Email is for adding context the form cannot hold.
Messages pretending to be us
Real messages from us arrive inside OmegleGirls.tv or from the support address on this page, and nowhere else. Someone asking for your login code, or telling you to pay through a link or a gift card, is not us. Report them, and if you worry your account or card has been exposed, contact us at once. We can only help with accounts on OmegleGirls.tv itself.
