Why the name mentions Omegle
Omegle was a random video chat service that shut down in November 2023. “Omegle girls” is a phrase people still search for when they want a video chat with women, and that phrase describes what this site does. OmegleGirls.tv stands on its own. Omegle, its founder and the various sites that borrow the Omegle name have nothing to do with us, and none of them has approved this site.
Other company and product names that appear on OmegleGirls.tv belong to their owners and are mentioned only so readers know what we are referring to. Trademark owners who object to how a name is used here can email us, and we will take a look.
Sending a takedown notice
Email [email protected] and begin the subject line with “Copyright”. A notice we can act on includes:
- who you are, and your link to the work (owner, or acting for one);
- the original work, with a link to it if possible;
- the spot on OmegleGirls.tv where it shows up, such as a profile name or page URL;
- confirmation that the use was not permitted by you or by law;
- an email address we can reply to.
Precise notices get handled faster. “Someone stole my pictures” is hard to act on without a profile name.
After we receive it
If the notice holds up, the material is taken down or hidden. Repeat infringers risk losing features, a suspension or the account itself. Believe we took down your content wrongly? Answer the takedown email with your reasons and it gets a second look.
Copies held by search engines or other sites may linger after removal. We cannot delete those, but you can ask the search engine directly.
Your uploads, and our own work
Your lawful creations remain yours. Posting another person's work without their go-ahead is against our terms, and the poster answers for it. Likewise, the site's code, look, words and brand are ours or used with permission; ask before reusing any of it.
